Effective warehouse management thanks to merSoft ERP

The latest version of the system follows a new approach to warehouse management. A division into 5 different stock levels has been introduced - current, available, minimum, optimal and maximum - at the level of each warehouse, department, and the entire company. Thanks to the use of appropriate algorithms based on the Pareto principle, the analysis of the demand for stock levels has been maximized and the stocking process largely automated. The new functionality is a key element influencing the effectiveness of warehouse management. It not only facilitates and accelerates the flow of goods, but also reduces the costs of their long-term storage. The system is also equipped with functionalities that enable the analysis of sales trends and support processes related to stocking up warehouses.

Multitasking

Flexible and automated segments (groups) of goods and contractors enable unlimited and simple management of sale and purchase prices as well as inventory levels of e.g. strategic products.

Automation

The system itself verifies the stock levels on an ongoing basis, which translates into greater efficiency of key processes and significant time savings.

Savings

The system enables an effective reduction of the warehouse surplus, thus helping to increase the amount of free space in the warehouse and "unfreeze" the money invested in the stored goods.

Features

E-mail client

The e-mail client module allows you to read and compose messages on various devices within the same mailbox. It is enough to log into the system to gain access to all e-mail accounts. The module is integrated with other system functionalities, thanks to which it is possible, among others, to send invoices directly via e-mail or place conversations with customers in the CRM. In addition, the module has the function of sending incoming messages to assigned employees.

Issuing documents

Thanks to the access to 5 modes of adding items, the merSoft system significantly simplifies the process of issuing documents, including collective invoices. The available options include: the manual entry method, selection of multiple items at once, searching the goods database, importing items from other documents of the same contractor and their settlement, as well as copying them from documents of other contractors without linking. The module for issuing documents is easy to use - you can easily operate it without using a mouse.

Reporting

In the merSoft ERP system, the Jaspersoft® library has been used to create all printout templates. This solution allows for any edition of each printout by modifying its layout and displayed data. Additionally, the system allows you to create your own templates and attach them anywhere in the system. All print parameters are defined in the program, which provides great filtering options. Thanks to this, companies can prepare their own printouts, tailored to the profile of the organization's activity.

Segmentation

This innovative feature of the merSoft ERP system enables the division of the entire assortment and contractors on the basis of criteria that are individually assigned by users. This allows you to easily manage the goods, as well as the company's pricing policy. Thanks to this module, based on the features of the assortment and the attributes of contractors, you can, for example, organize sales or promotions for specific products targeted only at special groups of recipients.

Statements and analyzes

The merSoft system is equipped with a modern module of statements and analyzes enabling the preparation of analytical summaries, the content and appearance of which are fully adjusted to the individual preferences of users. The entire creation process can be divided into 3 simple steps: selecting the appropriate columns, adding filters and recalculating the statement. The functionality allows for increasing the computational speed and automating the process of creating statements. It is a valuable tool that simplifies business analytics (BI).

Managment

The merSoft ERP system is equipped with a merchant management module. This practical functionality allows the managerial staff to control relations with all customers, and also to evaluate the performance of salespeople. Thanks to this module, companies gain access to, among others detailed reports on the effectiveness of activities undertaken by employees and have control over employees working in the field.

Communication

MerSoft ERP includes a functionality that allows you to download customer identification data directly from the Central Statistical Office’s (GUS) database. The system also allows you to enter missing and additional customer data, such as contact persons, company website address, contact telephone number, correspondence address, delivery addresses or e-mail addresses.
